Refund policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
For your item to qualify for a return, it must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you—unused, unworn, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returned items must be sent to the following address:
Poblacion, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, 7026.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and let us know right away if there are any issues, such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants
- Customized or personalized items
- Personal care products, such as beauty items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, contact us for clarification. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and make a new purchase once your return is approved.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at sales@patternplay.store
